Last summer our AC stopped working so we called out a few local guys to identify the problem and provide quotes for the repair. All quotes had something different identified as the problem (bad compressor, leaking evaporator) with the total cost exceeding $1,000.00 for one and 2,000.00 for the other.
Because of the discrepancy and cost of the repairs we opted for another quote, in comes Landeen Heating & Air. Within an hour, they accurately diagnosed the problem (bad start capacitor on the condenser fan motor) after fully checking the system and provided a quote. we were please to see the quote drop from 1 – 2 K to $150.00. It’s been almost a year and the system has been running great.
I am sure that the other two vendors were trying to pull one over on me but did not have any proof until we dealt with Landeen Heating & Air.
